Description
Proceq GP8000 Portable Ground Penetrating Radar is a handheld ground penetrating radar system featuring stepped frequency continuous wave (SFCW) technology for unparalleled subsurface evaluation of concrete bridges, buildings, pavements, and other concrete construction. Using SFCW technology, scanning covers all frequencies from 0.2 to 4.0GHz in a single pass. This versatility enables the rapid assessment of concrete integrity, as-built verification, thickness measurement, and hit prevention, allowing for marking of drilling, cutting, and coring locations.
This handheld GPR system detects steel reinforcing bars and mesh, secondary layers of reinforcement, tendon ducts, cables, conduits, and other embedments. Voids, inclusions, and discontinuities are also identified, and slab or wall thicknesses are measured from a single side. The Proceq GP8000 is a portable concrete GPR scanner designed for faster, easier concrete inspections and structural imaging with SFCW ground penetrating radar technology.
