Description

The Schonstedt GA-92XTd Magnetic Locator improved membrane switches so the volume and sensitivity controls are easy to adjust with one hand. The control panel also provides the user with both audio and visual indicators to communicate polarity, signal strength, and gain level to quickly and accurately pinpoint a ferrous target and determine its orientation. In addition, the battery level is indicated by a 4 segment bar graph on the control panel. A unique feature of this Schonstedt locator is its retractable shaft that can be extended for greater accuracy and retracted for storage and ease of carrying.
