The Company Private Limited Policy
PRICE POLICY:
We maintain prices and have the right to make adjustments. All prices are subject to change without the customer’s notice.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We will provide an exchange or refund if purchased a product that is defective or does not perform satisfactorily
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Invoices are payable within 3 Days of the Sale
- We accept payment by Bank Transfer (Visa, Mastercard, American Express – only accept in-store), or we can bill your open account.
- Inquire about C.O.D with a 50% Down Payment.
DELIVERY POLICY:
• All orders are subject to additional freight fees or Free Shipping with a Minimum Order.
RETURN POLICY:
All returns require an authorization number. To arrange a return, contact our Customer Service department or your Sales Consultant.
The following conditions must be complied with:
- A copy of the invoice
- Original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and in re-saleable
- Returned products within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges will apply to a customer on all returns.
- Freight, handling, and C.O.D. charges incurred are NOT entitled to credit.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
“A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order.”
Deposit funds will be returned to the buyer if the seller is terminated according to any contingencies and certainly in the event of seller negligence.
