説明
ザ Megger SVERKER 900 EXPERT リレー・変電所試験システム is the engineer’s ultimate toolbox, addressing the increasing need for three-phase testing in electrical distribution substations, renewable power generation stations, and industrial applications. It has a powerful combination of current and voltage sources and a range of measurement possibilities.
ザ Megger SVERKER 900 is specifically designed for basic, manual three-phase secondary testing of protection devices. In addition, you can perform various primary tests as the current and voltage sources can be connected in series and/or parallel to give you up to 105 A AC or 900 V AC output.
The instrument’s three current sources and four voltage sources can be individually adjusted with respect to amplitude, phase angle, and frequency. The fourth voltage source allows for testing of numerical relays that need a reference voltage simulating the busbar. Operating the relay tester is also incredibly easy thanks to its intuitive user interface presented on an LCD touch screen.
In addition to secondary relay testing, the Megger SVERKER900 will performs various primary tests, as current and voltage sources can be connected in series and/or parellel allowing outputs of up to 105A AC or 900V AC.
The amplitude, phase angle and frequency of each the three current and four voltage sources can be individually adjusted, whilst the fourth voltage source can be used for testing numerical relays that require a reference voltage, simulating a busbar.

HMI user interface
ザ Megger SVERKER 900 is operated using an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI), comprising of a computer based operating system and touch screen display. The HMI allows for manual or semi-automatic tests to be performed, from simple primary current injection tests to more in-depth secondary relay tests.
The HMI on the SVERKER 900 also eliminates the need for an external computer whilst testing virtually all types of single and three-phase primary and secondary protective equipment found within a substation. It can inject current up to 105A AC whilst boasting a frequency range of 10Hz to 600Hz alongside DC testing capabilty, too.
Moreover, the SVERKER900 allows for data transfer via a USB port to a computer, where .CSV data can be analysed using Microsoft Excel to create reports.
Protective Relay Testing
The Megger0 is performing a wide area for manual secondary testing of protective relay equipment. Virtually all types of single-phase and three-phase protection can be tested, from modern multifunction relays to electromechanical relays. It can inject current up to 105 A when high range is needed and it has a frequency range from 10 Hz up to 600 Hz and also DC could be utilized. In the “expert mode” the user have the possibility to add layers of superimposed frequency. The rugged hardware design is built for field use over a wide temperature range, with intelligent software to perform rapid testing.
