The Krautkrämer USM 100 is the new standard in flaw detection. Sleek but rugged, the Krautkrämer USM 100 is a portable, highly versatile flaw detector with smartphone-like capabilities. Designed ergonomically for unrivaled ease of use, it features a large touch screen and buttons that allow seamless ambidextrous operation. Digital features include a best-in-class user interface that streamlines setup, training time and updates.

“Our ultrasonic testing technology has always had the reputation of being among the best in the NDT industry. The Krautkrämer USM 100 continues this legacy and adds a product package that is uncontested in its lightweight design and digital capabilities”, said Gregor Wolf, general manager of Ultrasound at Waygate Technologies.

“Next to providing the best in ultrasonic testing capabilities, we wanted to develop a conventional flaw detector that is more customizable and easy to use. We are confident that the USM 100 will provide UT testing experts with a powerful tool while also reaching entirely new users and help them utilize the latest in ultrasonic inspection technology.”

The averaging feature of the Krautkramer USM 100 eliminates noise signals through the real-time averaging of A-Scan.

Introducing the Krautkrämer USM 100, the new standard in flaw detection, offering your team faster and more informed decision-making. Now available with the advanced features of the PRO edition.
